When ordering cupcakes from Gabby’s Cupcakes you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

Gabby’s Cupcakes will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations in any way, shape or form. We do not store any financial details from our customers.


Payment is needed to confirm your order and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.


Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by Gabby’s Cupcakes or our couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order.

Refund Policy

The goods we sell are edible and baked to order so we do not accept returns. Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the (unlikely) event that you receive the incorrect product or if the cupcakes are of unsatisfactory quality. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cupcakes upon their arrival please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders placed via our website which are cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 3-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds may still be given at Gabby’s Cupcakes discretion).

For larger orders Gabby’s will require an initial non refundable deposit of 50% of the total order, a pro forma invoice will be provided. Final payment for larger order is due 14 days prior to the order date. Orders cancelled within 14 days of delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds may still be given at Gabby’s Cupcakes discretion).
